Working with other Teachers
Are there teachers in your district or your department that are naysayers and/or Backstabbers and trouble makers? I am finding out the longer I work in my district that you can only trust a few people to onboard with your ideas? What are some tips to win these people over to your viewpoints?

What are you doing for your Practicum
I want to start an afterschool fitness club at my school. There is a huge need to meet the non-athletes at my school. This is a great way to educate, motivate and empower this population to get fit for a lifetime. What are your thoughts?

Reaching the IEP problem students
I am looking for some suggestions that you use when working with students who have discipline issues. I try to work with these students one on one after getting students started on a activity. I try to relate to the students and ask them questions about what sports and activities that they like. This approach has works sometimes. What are other modifications that you make to get this students to participate in a positive manner?

Students Immaturity
What are some ways to teach students to become more responsible and respectful of others? I am teaching new games and adventure activities and my biggest problem is students acting immature and not getting into the games and acting like clowns. As a result this could affect students safety in certain activities like trust activities. Please give me some suggestions.

Building Respect, Trust, and Frienships in my PE classes
I am attempting to build more long-lasting positive relationships in my PE classes. I have introduced my students to several icebreaker games, problem initiative, cooperative and trust building activities. It seems to be working for most of my students. I still have a few students that say that these activities are boring and stupid. This beginning unit in my PE units has allowed more friendship to form early on in my classrooms. It is a great way to create a positive atmosphere, learn students names, and personalities of my classes. I highly recommended to all PE teachers to start the year out with this unit. Project Adventure-adventure curriculum is a great place to start

Adventure Education
I like engaging in outdoor adventure activities. Some if not most of my students want to play traditional sports and do not like outdoor activities? This year we started a new course that is focused on project adventure outdoor curriculum for physical education and I have been running into some roadblocks? Students do not have patience for the activities that I introduced and students do not like going outside in the cold and the rain.
